We coordinate requests with title companies, track outstanding endorsements, follow up through completion, and place updated requests at required renewal intervals.
We prepare closing packages, coordinate balancing with settlement agents, review executed packages for outstanding items and inconsistencies, and initiate the client's established funding workflow, including wire release requests.

Following full or partial payoff, we prepare release documentation, coordinate recording through client-approved vendors, maintain recorded copies, and support UCC terminations where required.
